Further to the Company’s announcement made on 7 July 2023, the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, namely, QL Lian Hoe (S) Pte Ltd (In Members’ Voluntary Liquidation) (Co. Registration No. 200004556E) ("QLLHS") had convened the Final Meeting of the members on 18 December 2023 (the “Meeting”) in accordance with Section 180 of Singapore’s Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 (the “Act”).

Within a week of the Meeting, the liquidator will lodge with the Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority and the Official Receiver of Singapore a return as required by the Act and QLLHS will be dissolved three months from the date of lodgement of the said return.
