Further to the announcement dated 1 November 2011, the following are additional information for public release:
1. Location of each of the land - Lots 3315, 3316, 3317, 3318 and 3319 respectively, Mukim of Hutan Melintang, District of Hilir Perak, comprising 4 parcels of industrial lands and a parcel of agricultural land which has been recently converted for industrial use, and is located off eastern side of Hutan Melintang-Bagan Datoh and to the east of Hutan Melintang, Perak.
2. Existing use of land - oil palm cultivation, will clear the land to build factory.
3. The net book value of the land based on latest audited financial statement - RM1,487,900
4. The method of valuation by the independent registered valuer - Comparative Method
5. The prospects and risk factors of the Proposed Acquisition - The Board is not aware of any risk arising from the Proposed Acquisition other than the normal market and global economic risk.
