The article in Sin Chew newspaper dated 23rd November 2013 refers. The Board of Directors of QL Resources Berhad ("QL") wishes to clarify that QL had on 13 September 2013 paid its final single tier dividend of 4.5 sen per ordinary shares of RM0.25 each as approved in it's Annual General Meeting on 23 August 2013.
No dividend was recommended by directors for the period under review. The 5.08 sen is the earnings per share for the 2nd quarter.
