Cover Rationale
The theme of QL Resources’ annual report for FY2016 is ‘Advancing Through
Storms’. Over the course of the financial year our Group has weathered many
challenges; from unpredictable El-Nino and foreign exchange patterns to the
introduction of GST and minimum wage legislation in Malaysia. Many
companies on the Bursa Stock Exchange have been buffeted by these
challenges. QL is no different, yet we have advanced onwards, strengthening
our value chains with determination and perseverance.
