Mr. Chia Song Kang Executive Director Mr. Chia SongKang, aged 69, male, Malaysian, joined QL Group as a Director in January 1987. He was appointed as EXCO member of QL in December 2004. He is overall in charge of the operations in Endau, Johor. He is the brother to Dr. Chia Song Kun, Mr. Chia Song Kooi and Mr. Chia Song Swa. Mr. Chia Song Kang has no conflict of interest with the Company and he has no convictions for any offences within the past five years (other than traffic offences, if any), nor any public sanction or penalty imposed by the relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year.
