QL wishes to announce that the Company is in compliance with Paragraph 8.15(1) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad which prescribes that a listed issuer must have at least 25% of its listed shares in the hands of a minimum of 1,000 public shareholders holding not less than 100 shares each.
As at 31 December 2006, the public shareholding spread is as follows:-
