We refer to the company’s announcement dated 28 May 2008 on the Bonus Issue.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of QL, AmInvestment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that based on QL’s issued and paid-up share capital of 220,000,000 Shares as at 9 June 2008 (being the ex-date for the Bonus Issue), an additional 110,000,000 new Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and will be listed and quoted on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 12 June 2008.
