Further to the announcement dated 27 November 2008, the Board wish to inform that the Vendor of the Proposed acquisition is a Director of QL Livestock Farming Sdn. Bhd. None of the other Directors, substantial shareholders of QL, or persons connected to such Directors or substantial shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect in the above transaction.
