We refer to the announcements dated 24 August 2009, 22 October 2009, 9 November 2009, 24 November 2009 and 8 January 2010 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of QL, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that 65,172,080 new QL Shares will be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue.

The new QL Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9:00a.m. on Friday, 29 January 2010.
