Announcement Details :

We refer to the announcements made by OSK Investment Bank Berhad ("OSK") on behalf of the Board of Directors of QL ("Board") on 3 November 2010, 23 November 2010 and 30 November 2010 in relation to the Proposals.

On behalf of the Board, OSK wishes to announce that Bank Negara Malaysia had vide its letter dated 9 December 2010 (which was received on 16 December 2010), approved QL's issuance of Warrants to the entitled non-resident shareholders of QL pursuant to the Proposed Free Warrants Issue.

This announcement is dated 16 December 2010.
