Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 16 August 2021, 17 August 2021 and 23 August 2021.
The Company wishes to announce that in accordance with the directives of the Tarakan Court, the Defendants have on 21st October 2021 filed the statement of defence with the Tarakan Court. The hearing of the case is proceeding, and the Tarakan Court is expected to conclude the hearing and deliver its decision on 27 December 2021.
Further announcements will be made on any material development.
