Further to the announcement made on 15 December 2023, the Company wishes to announce that PT QLNutri Foods Indonesia (“PTNF”) Deed of Establishment No. 68 dated 27 July 2017, passed before Notary Siti Nurul Yuliami S.H., M.Kn., Notary in Surabaya, whose deed has been approved by the Ministry of Law and Human Rights ("MOLHR") by its decree No. AHU-0032738.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2017, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has convened the Final Meeting of the members on 4 June 2024  on matters relating to members' voluntary winding up in accordance with the Article 143 of Law No. 40 of 2007 (“Winding Up”).

The liquidator will proceed to notify and handle the submission of the final results of PTNF's liquidation process to MOLHR and perform other necessary actions as required by applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

The Winding Up process will be completed within 6 months from the date of the abovementioned submission.
