We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders of QL dated 29 July 2024 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 1,216,827,826 Bonus Shares (inclusive of 450,000 Bonus Shares to be held as treasury shares) have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 19 September 2024. This announcement is dated 18 September 2024. |
