We refer to the previous announcements and the circular to shareholders of QL dated 29 July 2024 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares (“Circular”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Circular shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Bonus Issue of Shares has been completed following the listing of and quotation for 1,216,827,826 Bonus Shares (inclusive of 450,000 Bonus Shares to be held as treasury shares) on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 19 September 2024.
