The Board of QL Resources Berhad wishes to clarify that QL Tech International Berhad, and its subsidiary QL Tech Malaysia Sdn Bhd are not in any way related to or associated with our QL group of companies. QL since the exposure of the draft prospectus by QL Tech International Berhad, have received many enquires, all are confused and possibly thinking that QL International Tech Berhad is associated with our QL group of companies. QL has taken further action to raise this matter with SSM due to the close resemblance of QL Tech International Berhad and QL Tech Malaysia Sdn Bhd with our company name, to avoid public confusion and for the protection of our corporate name.
