The amended announcement is made to rectify the Proposed/Declared dividend per share (Subunit), as follows:- i) The Proposed/Declared dividend per share (Subunit) for Individual Period of Current Year Quarter 31 March 2025 should be 2.50 sen instead of 5.00 sen; ii) The Proposed/Declared dividend per share (Subunit) for Individual Period of Preceding Year Corresponding Quarter 31 March 2024 should be 2.33 sen instead of 6.50 sen; and iii) The Proposed/Declared dividend per share (Subunit) for Cumulative Period of Preceding Year Corresponding Period 31 March 2024 should be 4.33 sen instead of 6.50 sen. It is worth to note that for comparative purpose, the following had been adjusted to reflect the Bonus Issue of 1 Bonus Share for every 2 existing Ordinary Shares which was completed on 19 September 2024:- i) Earning per share for the preceding year corresponding quarter and preceding year corresponding period ended 31 March 2024. ii) Dividend per share for the preceding year corresponding quarter and preceding year corresponding period ended 31 March 2024. iii) Net assets per share as at 31 March 2024. |
