The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Bonus Issue, where applicable. We refer to the previous announcements made in relation to the Bonus Issue. On behalf of the Board of Directors of QL, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that 249,605,886 new QL Shares will be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue. The new QL Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Monday, 17 February 2014. This announcement is dated 14 February 2014. |
