We refer to the previous announcements made in relation to the Bonus Issue. On behalf of the Board of Directors of QL, RHB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that 249,605,886 new QL Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on Monday, 17 February 2014, marking the completion of the Bonus Issue.
