We refer to the announcements dated 28 February 2017, 27 April 2017 and 9 May 2017 in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 17 May 2017, resolved to grant an extension of time from 30 May 2017 to 31 July 2017 to QL for the issuance of the Circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposed Bonus Issue.
