Further to the general announcement dated 26 February 2018, the Board of Directors of QL Resources Berhad ("QLRB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that Ms Kow Poh Gek shall be admitted as the member of the Risk Management Committee ("RMC") with effect from 1 April 2018.

The Board further announce that YM Tengku Dato' Zainal Rashid Bin Tengku Mahmood will be retiring as the Chairman of the RMC and Mr Chieng Ing Huong will take-over this role with effect from 1 April 2018.

The composition of the RMC after the above changes are as follows:-

1)  Mr Chieng Ing Huong - Chairman/Senior Independent Non-Executive 

2) Dr Chia Song Kun- Member/ Non-Independent Executive 

3) Mr Chia Song Kooi- Member/ Non-Independent Executive 

4) Mr Tan Bun Poo- Member/Independent Non-Executive 

5) Prof. Datin Paduka Dato' Dr. Aini Binti Ideris Aini Binti Ideris- Member/Independent Non-Executive 

6) Mr Chia Mak Hooi-Member/ Non-Independent Executive 

7) Ms Kow Poh Gek- Member/Independent Non-Executive
