Further to the announcement on 29 March 2019, whereby Mr Chia Mak Hooi resigned as a Director and appointed as an Alternate Director, the Board of Directors of QL Resources Berhad ("QLRB" or the "Company") wishes to announce that he ceased to be a member of the Risk Management Committee ("RMC"). The composition of the RMC after the change is as follows:-
