We refer to the Company’s earlier announcement dated 3 December 2020 in relation to the Offer. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the said announcement.
Pursuant to Paragraph 19.04 of the Rules, on behalf of the Board of Directors of QL, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Offeror, a wholly-owned subsidiary of QL, has dealt in the shares of the Offeree on 8 December 2020.
