QL RESOURCES BERHAD ("QL" OR THE "COMPANY") CONDITIONAL MANDATORY TAKE-OVER OFFER ("OFFER") - DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS UNDER PARAGRAPH 19.04 OF THE RULES ON TAKE-OVERS, MERGERS AND COMPULSORY ACQUISITION ("RULES") |
We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 3 December 2020, 8 December 2020, 24 December 2020 and 12 January 2021 in relation to the Offer. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the offer document relating to the Offer dated 24 December 2020 ("Offer Document").
Pursuant to Paragraph 19.04 of the Rules, on behalf of the Board of Directors of QL, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Offeror, a wholly-owned subsidiary of QL, has dealt in the shares of the Offeree on 14 January 2021.
The details of the dealings are as follows:
