We refer to the Company's announcement dated 6 December 2021 (“Announcement”).

 

Please be informed that there was a typo error on the date under last sentence of the 3rd paragraph. It should be read as “The General Division of the High Court also directed the Plaintiffs to file an application for service of the Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim on the Defendants out of jurisdiction by 4 p.m. on 6 December 2021, and the Plaintiffs have duly complied with the same” instead of 6 December 2012.

 

Save for the above, there are no other changes to the Announcement.
