QL RESOURCES BERHAD ("QL" OR THE "COMPANY") CONDITIONAL MANDATORY TAKE-OVER OFFER ("OFFER") - DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS UNDER PARAGRAPH 19.04 OF THE RULES ON TAKE-OVERS, MERGERS AND COMPULSORY ACQUISITION ("RULES")

We refer to the Company’s earlier announcements dated 3 December 2020, 8 December 2020 and 24 December 2020 in relation to the Offer. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the offer document relating to the Offer dated 24 December 2020 ("Offer Document").
On behalf of the Board of Directors of QL Green, UOBKH wishes to announce that the closing time and date for acceptances of the Offer has been extended from 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Thursday, 14 January 2021 to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 29 January 2021 (“Extended Closing Date”). Save for the Extended Closing Date, all other details and the terms and conditions of the Offer remain unchanged.
A notice of the said extension will be posted to the Holders accordingly.
In accordance with Paragraph 13.01 of the Rules, the detailed disclosure on the level of acceptances of the Offer as at 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on 12 January 2021 is set out in the attached press notice.
