The Directors have pleasure in submitting their report and the audited financial statements of the Group and of the Company
for the financial year ended 31 March 2016.
Principal activities
The Company is principally engaged in investment holding and provision of management services, whilst the principal
activities of the subsidiaries are as stated in Note 33 to the financial statements. There has been no significant change in
the nature of these activities during the financial year.

Reserves and provisions
There were no material transfers to or from reserves and provisions during the financial year under review except as
disclosed in these financial statements.
Dividends
Since the end of the previous financial year, the Company paid a final single tier dividend of 4.25 sen per ordinary share of
RM0.25 each totalling approximately RM53,041,000 in respect of the financial year ended 31 March 2015 on 15 September
2015.
The Directors recommend a final single tier dividend of 4.25 sen per ordinary share of RM0.25 each in respect of the
financial year ended 31 March 2016 subject to the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming general meeting. Based
on the issued and paid-up capital of the Company at the end of the reporting period, the final dividend would amount to
approximately RM53,041,000.
